VisualPulse is a server-based ping engine and reporting tool
designed for network administrators, Web-hosting companies, application service
providers (ASPs), and Internet service providers (ISPs) who need a fast, visual
way to see how their service offering is running, and where problems occur.
VisualPulse provides enterprise-wide real-time and historical
reports on network latency and packet loss, which may be accessed from anywhere
with Web browser connectivity.
VisualPulse continuously gathers and summarizes latency and packet loss data at
regular intervals. A variety of standard reports are available for easy
reporting -- such as an overall summary, last hour, last 24 hours -- along with
user-defined options for customized reports. Thresholds alerts may be easily
defined on the packet loss and latency statistics to provide instant
notification of network connectivity problems.
The user interface to VisualPulse is a Java-enabled web browser, although a
modest GUI component is included with the server itself. Once the application is
installed and configured, multiple clients can connect to it and access the

VisualPulse can be integrated with the VisualRoute Server product, instantly
providing visual traceroute information to the servers or sites being monitored.
This integration provides IP routing and response time information that helps
identify exactly where the actual problem is occurring. To use the VisualRoute
Server capability, click on the "VR" symbol next to any IP address in
the VisualPulse reports.

eMailTrackerPro is the e-mail analysis tool that enables you to track
Internet e-mails back to the sender! People who hide behind
'anonymous' e-mail services like Yahoo and Hotmail might be very surprised to
know that clues as to their true identity are being revealed within every e-mail
sent!
IP Address: eMailTrackerPro analyzes the e-mail header and provides you
with the IP Address of the machine that sent you the e-mail. This can then be
used to track down the sender.
GeoLocation: The built-in location database tracks e-mails to a country
or region of the world. eMailTrackerPro also provides hyperlink integration with
VisualRoute, an
Internet tracking tool, allowing more detailed geographic traces.

Standard Edition can be used to trace any email you have received. This
allows you to quickly track the origin of Spam or Phishing email so you can
report it, verify the location of a buyer/seller on an Internet auction site or
just verify the location of a customer. Reporting eMails is easy using
eMailTrackerPro's Abuse Report feature.
eMailTrackerPro
Advanced Edition (inc. all Standard features) includes an online mail
checker which allows you to view all your emails on the server before delivery
to your computer. This is an excellent safety feature as it stops high risk and
suspicious emails from reaching and infecting your computer. Using this feature
scans every email waiting for delivery and quickly identifies where they
originated from and if they are misdirected (a common tactic used by abusers to
make you think the email is from somewhere else).
