Provide accurate broadband speed test services on your website with MySpeed Internet speed tester.

MySpeed measures download and upload connection speeds by timing actual data transfers between your server and customer. Server-side bandwidth test reports provide visibility to the quality of service your customers experience, key information for managing VoIP, web application and help desk environments.

Available in two Versions

MySpeed Server
Provides accurate download and upload speed test services, customizable display options, easy implementation

MySpeed Server Professional

Adds advanced features for viewing and managing speed test reports, continuous testing, customized branding, and more!

MySpeed Features

bulletUpload and download speed test measurements
Connections often have different upload and download speeds, but most bandwidth tests only measure the download speed, providing only half the picture. MySpeed accurately reports both upload and download speeds.
bulletReports bandwidth consistency (QOS), Max Pause and Round Trip Time (RTT)
The consistency of download capacity is a critical measure for bandwidth-intensive applications such as VoIP and multimedia. MySpeed reports Quality of Service measurements of consistent bandwidth delivery. Max Pause, the longest pause recorded during the data download, and RTT are also reported.
bulletHighly accurate
MySpeed has been carefully engineered and tested to accurately measure connection speeds. See the Broadband Speed Tester Benchmarks article.
bulletCan be combined with scripting for customized implementations
MySpeed has the ability to call a JavaScript function when a speed test completes, enabling you to do most anything with the test results via JavaScript scripting, such as:
bulletDynamically changing the HTML in the MySpeed web page based upon speed test results
bulletProvide connectivity analysis in a popup window
bulletRedirecting to another URL based upon the results
bulletEasy implementation
Unlike other speed testers, MySpeed's innovative design does not require any scripts or configuration changes. Just add the MySpeed files to your existing web server!
bulletEasy web page customization
MySpeed may be easily incorporated into your web pages, or modify the default MySpeed speed test web page to the look and feel of your website.
bulletNEW! End-users can easily email test results
A bundled JavaScript option enables the end-user to easily send speed test results to your help desk staff or other address.
bulletAutomated start option
Seemlessly initiates a connection speed test when a visitor goes to your MySpeed page.
bulletCustomizable display of speed test chart
Easily modify the applet display to change the speed test scale, show/hide text labels, change the applet colors, and more! You can even customize the MySpeed applet text to display in another language.

MYSPEED SERVER PROFESSIONAL ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

bulletContinuous connection speed and quality of service testing
Provides automated testing of customer bandwidth, reporting throughput and QOS monitoring over time for more detailed speed test results with powerful trend analysis capabilities.
bulletServer-side speed test reporting
Easily view speed test diagnostics for your customers, results are logged in a repository for web-based access, useful for help desk environments and troubleshooting network issues. View live reports (username: myspeed, password: iscool).
bulletSession ID reporting facilitates customer support
Optional user identification and sign-on enable added support management and diagnostic analysis.
bulletAdd your company brand
Add your company logo or other image to the MySpeed speed test chart to add your own branding

VisualResponse is an easy-to-use URL monitoring application that can measure the actual customer or end user response time in real-time anywhere in the world without the need to deploy any agent technology.

Fast Implementation
VisualResponse does not use any remote agent technology and can be can be implemented in a matter of minutes. A web page URL can be monitored anywhere in the world  by simply installing the VisualResponse application on a server (does not have to be the web server being monitored) and by implementing the VisualResponse technology (180 bytes approximately) into any web page(s).

VisualResponse features:

bulletMeasures accurate response times for any user anywhere in the World
bulletEasy-to-use Web-based interface using the browser
bulletMonitors URLs from any number of web servers
bulletReal-time and historical reporting
bulletStandardized and customizable reporting
bulletAutomatic reports by Country and by URL
bulletAutomatic threshold alerts by email
bulletAutomatic trace route capture when response times are bad to help identify the cause of the transaction delay
bulletPassword protected access with security options
bulletCustomizable filters to review stored data based on any specific element such as a particular URL, country, threshold violation, a specific range of IPs, or even aborted URLs.
bulletAvailable on Windows, Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD platforms
bulletIntegrates with VisualRoute Server for further problem diagnosis

VisualResponse continuously gathers and summarizes end-user response-times for any defined website URL. A variety of standard reports are available for easy monitoring and review -- such as an overall response time status by country and URL, as well as reports for  last hour, last 24 hours, last 30 days and the World Map.

The information is reported both in real-time and historically, so that current and past problems may be readily identified and investigated. Global or individual (by URL) threshold values may be easily configured for automated alerting of poor end-user response times and a Trace Route option is provided to allow the entire end-to-end transaction route to be captured when poor response times are encountered. Problem notifications are reported by color coding the reports and by email alerts.

VisualResponse has a user-friendly, browser-based interface, although a modest GUI component is included with the server itself. Once the application is installed and configured, multiple clients can easily connect to it, access the reports, and make configuration changes through a Web browser.

VisualResponse can be easily integrated with the VisualRoute Server product, instantly providing visual traceroute information to the end-users being monitored. This integration provides IP routing and response time information that helps identify exactly where the actual problem is occurring. To use the VisualRoute Server capability, click on the "VR" symbol next to any IP address in the VisualResponse reports.
